About the role
What this job actually is
Your work spans client projects, engineering, sales and operations, shifting week to week with whatever the company needs most. Experience is not a requirement. If you are capable and you learn quickly, the work itself will teach you the rest.
What you will do
- Support live client projects with research, analysis and documentation
- Sit in on everything, from sales calls to engineering reviews to planning
- Own small pieces of real work end to end, and ship them
- Build whatever the problem needs, a model, a doc, a tool, a process
- Point out things that seem wrong or inefficient, even outside your own work
What we look for
- No experience required, and we mean it. Students and self-taught people welcome
- You think clearly and can show it in writing
- You learn unfamiliar things fast and enjoy doing it
- You'd rather try something and be wrong than wait to be told
- Genuine curiosity about how businesses actually work
The offer
- A three month trial to start, then a full time offer if you do well
- Salary £45,000 to £50,000
