About the role
What this job actually is
You will build complete products, not tickets. A typical project takes you from understanding what a client actually needs, through schema design and API work, to an interface people genuinely like using. You own quality across the whole stack and you see your work in production every week.
What you will do
- Build full features across backend, API and frontend without waiting on anyone
- Design data models and APIs that survive contact with real usage
- Ship polished interfaces, we care about craft and it shows in the details
- Review code, improve tooling and leave the codebase better than you found it
- Talk to clients when it helps you build the right thing faster
What we look for
- You can build and ship full-stack products on your own, TypeScript and React help. We don't count years, show us what you've built
- You sweat the details, in the UI and in the schema
- You can take a fuzzy requirement and turn it into something shippable this week
- You write code other people enjoy inheriting
- You are honest about tradeoffs and about what you do not know
